It's the offset. There should be a number after it.

kool cheers mate, which offset is it too, i know the PCD is the space between the nut holes but whats taht one for??

Its how far it stick out from the hub

What Lunner says. If you drew a line down the centre of the wheel it's how far that line is from the face of the hub.
