hydrolic tappets a bit noisey

just a quick question guys when i start my car there is a quite a loud tapping noise from the top of my engine but then after aboput 30 sec it quitens down a bit but it is still a bit noisey, i changed the oil and it is a bit better but ive found some new hydrolic tappets on ebay for 70 quid, is this a good deal and how much of a job is it to change them.

yes £70 is a good deal if there new, from reno/etc your talking £200+vat on average, to fit them u need the timing belt off/rocker cover off and then take the top half of the cam carriers off, then cams out, if u know what your doing then u will be fine, if u have no idea then id take it a garage personally
