Martin, whats the deal with your new avatar??
That looks, from where I'm sitting like fvcking ballsy work :D
Pls tell me you were not the one taking the photo!
Is certainly a nice pic 8)
It's an old avatar I've ressurected ... a still from a vid I did in my old williams on a deserted autobahn lol... I did get a pic too though, surprisingly solid at that speed.

 Fook thats going some !!!! Std? When you do 147 does the temp display stop working!!
Did it feel ok @ that speed? 8) Youve got some balls filming @ 147!! 8) Good shit!!
Felt stable tbh some cars get very light at high speed but not the willy....Car was'nt stnd, had cams, headwork, exhaust, manifold & re-map. Stnd car will bouce off the 6.5k rev limiter in 5th...

was that vid done in the nana martin?
I assume it had a rev limit rasied to 7k, but was the limiter removed in 5th? seemed to go way past 7krpm!! Thats crazy shit speed anyway!!
My clio will do 140mph (on my private runway) with room for a little more, perhaps 145mph, but im not even all that close to hitting the limiter, seems like it runs out of puff just before the limter in 5th.
I cant wait to get me some cams and headwork and remap!!!
Nah mate not the nana....was my williams that edde has now.

It had 7100 rpm limit....and it's a willy so the rev limit shading starts at 6.5k rather than 7k in a valver so looks like more revs. Must have been very close to limiter but never hit it....
Orite. Yeah true about the 6.5k shading on a williams. Kinda glad ive still got valver dash in mine, as looking for the 7k limit would get annoying! I miss the gearchange often enough in 2nd anyway and touch the limiter, so glad i dont have to look out for it, just watch the line. My limiter seems strange though, it seems to be just less than 7k in 1st and 2nd, then 7k for 3rd and then 7.1k for 4th! :? :?
All good fun though! :D
And there was me thinking my Williams had been never drive above 55mph by Martin.
What do you think Martin wold it ever hit the limiter in top on the straight might take ti back to Germany this year. Or do you think it needs some more power first?
It will do 150 and bouce off the limiter with a slight incline...I reckon.
I'm so so jealous of that vid - that got up there so quick!!!

Wish all you had to do to a valver was cams, headwork and a chip
And you managed a 14.7 out of that didn't you Martin? Would have thought it'd do better after watching that
