hmmm throw in b & b and i may be tempted lol.. why dont you do it yourself?
engine stand, crane, etc etc
Aberdeen but what do you mean by that? :?
He says hes got the engine/gearbox (and presumably ECU)...he just needs to take that to a garage and have them rip the 1.8 out and drop the 2ltr in. Thats only gonna be a about 2-300quid to do the swap.
^^Damn, gunner - you've edited your previous post.
hire my engine crane off me and do it yourself for cheaper ;)

i realised he lives in the midlands from his avatar..
there is only 1 place that does engine swaps that cheap, and they know what there doing...the one in Warrington The Jesus utilises.
i'd say between £500-£1000 for an engine swap... unless i did it of course.
see what winston can do it for.
not doing 1 my self jus wondered cuz a m8 was on about doin it!.....think es gona do it him self now though!
loads of fun re-building an engine dude, i wouldnt say no if someone asked meto do it
Fred's mate will do it for a fraction of the price a garage will do it for
£150-200????
But i'd advice ....cambelt, clutch maybe a head gasket depending on the engines milege

Not sure mate, as more labour involved in swapping blocks.
