Falling out of 5th!

I was on the motorway yesterday and my car kept falling out of 5th gear.
It would stay in for about 5 minutes before it happened and it doesn't happen in any other gear.
The car is a valver with an f7r and wide track with -35mm springs.
It kind of seemed like vibration and engine movement could have caused it but my mounts are o.k. and I just had the dog bone one replaced last week.....

you say u have just had your dogbane replaced, maybe the linkage needs adjusting does it go into 5th nicely like before??

as a matter of interest what sort of adjusting (if any) can be done with the linkage?

Yes, no problem getting into gear, just seemed to fall out of it......

Got it sorted now, My mechanic had to take the linkage off when he did my williams track conversion and he must not have put them back exactly right. A little adjustment and its fine!
