that will be at the wheels figures too wont it? pretty good either way... not that you really need the torque, just rev the tits of em... wish the Willy had more revs

good effort Mike, i've wanted to find this out too!

Wonder what mine made, will it say on the graph from RE?

You'll have to guesstimate it off that graph Danny. IIRC mine was about 100, which is obviously off, given the results on the day.

mine is about 100 at the fly from about 2.5k revs, constant more or less, through to 5.5k revs, peaking at about 4.5k

Yeah but how many valvers do you see pooing on RSi's, none they just about manage to dribble on them

no chance, i'd bet my nuts that Griffidh's, Merv's, Danny's or PK's would eat an RSI, not trying to cause an arguement but yours is stripped and a good condition valver (both in full trim) would be quicker to 60 and carry on going, would be greater than the difference of a Willams Vs valver (both stock). My car standard was as fast as Griff's to 70, him maybe a foot ahead to 60 then after that I could just constantly pull away and build a good lead by 100... i've had a do with an RSI before and it couldn't stick with at low speeds and beyond 50 was going backwards.

REmins me of racing Danny's 16v in my old williams would be even to nearly the end of 2nd where mine would just start edging ahead into 3rd and I'd make a car length or so ans into 4th where the differnce really begins to show and a couple of car lengths more are made...fookin' quick valver that considering he was running full interior and mine was stripped... Lunner does seem to be a quick un' back on topic...as fast as a crap fully laden(interior/sub etc) valver imo

Must admit, i've had the cat on teh last week for the MOT and its shit slow over 4k revs, where as before it would pull to 6k, now it sorta hits a wall at 4.5kish

Would be interesting to have a rag around the track agaisnt a similarly stripped valver on the next track day

I remember that one martin, was a good do, we did it a couple of times, against your old willy 2 and I've still got that vid of when I was behind the banana when I borrowed the camera!

Never really compared against an RSI before, so can't comment.

Martin that reminds me, i've still got your dvd's, when you free i'll pop round with them, and perhaps we should have a comparison with your new beast!!!!
