i understand alot of people like to keep williams standed apart from mods under the bonnet and ive been in quite alot of williams and one turbo willy and the turbo willy impresed me at 256 bhp 245 torqe. so like i said see how things go and if not then a fully worked block and head. at the mo mine pulls up to 145 one up and reves to 7800 rpm just asked winston he loved it.

and yes the engine loves it

1 gear dont no
2 gear dont no
never watched em but
3 gear 95 7800 rpm
4 gear 125 7800 rpm
5 gear 145 6200 rpm

sounds bout the same as mine hehe........

but 1st is bout 40 mph now
and 2nd .....65-70 depending if its a good day or not lol

most people that go in mine are usually impressed.........or frightened........or both lol

oh mine only revs to 7200 tho

magnecore leads blue

chip wizards re-map

all sounds good fella. when i bought my williams it had a prima chip prima 17" pipperX plus prima stainles witch was blowing so i put my exhaust on its 2"three quarter inch bore that goes in to a T section it should of had a Y section but a little cock up when making it on what kind of power would i get if the exhaust was the corect bore and live maping plus complet head work.

2 live
08-02-2005, 13:34
depends who does the head work tbh mate...te guy that was gunna do mine said there werent much point in doin loads to the willy head, im no race engineer so i took his word for it lol........my mate took his advice n did the valves and seats tho

just gets rid of the main bit of restriction there is in the head apparently......

as for the exhaust..lol.well mate im not sure on that either tbh but u gotta be losin power as is now..so i reckon puttin a same bore pipe on n single with head work may get u another 5-10 bhp

as for the re-map....well mine isnt actually any more powerful than it was with std ecu runnin cams...but the way it now delivers the power is wot makes it what it is......and the difference in torque is just unreal.....where it used to peak at 115 n drop off at bout 4500 rpm...it now peaks at 121 @ 4500 rpm...n flat lines to the limiter....the power curve is a smoother line as well but is roughly the same give or take a few bhp

but even in std trim it was fukkin quick

cheers for that mate just have to see what happens but it would be interesting to see how it would go with a magnex with decat plus standed
air box witn performance pilter.
just out of intrest ive got a fse boots valve if ya no anyone who would take it of my hands £30 just needs fitting kit its for a williams
