Another Alarm Question??

I was cleaning the car out over the weekend, and on the passager-side of the dash there alittle sensor, looks like a micro-phone??

could this be for the alarm??

PS its the standard Williams Cobra alarm.

Yea mate, its a high frequency sensor for detecting smashed windows etc...

Well its more like a leaflet...

I tell you what, its about 8 pages or summat but if i can get it to work tommorow without risk of damaging it, ill scan it and see if i can host it up for all to browse... I expect at least a bag of pic n mix for me troubles tho, lol :D

wen i turn it on with the key under the bonnet and then try n disarm using the key fob it wont disarm! lol so i have 2 keep it switchd off :?

Are your sure your key fob is working??


Id suggest if your unsure, get a new battery then try to re-code the fob...

(Ill PM you how to do that given recent theft going-ons! :shock:)

iv got 2 key fobs, changed the batery in em both!...dus this mean i have to re-code them then???
