the one touch button on the drivers side window works and sometimes doesnt work! and ive noticed sometimes when the window goes up it struggles! is there anything inside the mechanism that could be greased up to make it more smooth running??? and has anyone got a new switch??? i remember mat brown said he may have one?

He probably does.. but if it works sometimes and sometimes doesn't, maybe try cleaning the contacts?

yeah i spose! are they easy to clean up??? then again i think it may be that the window is a bit stiff on the mechanism when it goes up and doesnt run smoothly that makes it not work???

I just greased my window mechanisms up with a silicon based lubricant. didn't need doing but preventions better than a cure.

The one touch's can't be stripped and cleaned, i would try the runners.
Also, no longer have a spare i'm afraid.

Common clio problem Summeh. Not much you can do about it but to periodically lubricate runners.

Greasing the runners can help, its also worth lube'ing the window regulator cables too...

If they run dry they can lead to premature motor failure!
