BITS N BOBS ?

hiya all,

Im seriously thinkg of buyin a williams 2 shortly, I was wondering how accessable the parts for these cars are? I guess there not 'off the shelf'? how easily is it to gwet parts and wot thing do i need to look out for? any bad points?

Any infor would be MUCH appriciated.

Parts are no problem to get hold of. Renault still hold the lot really, but you can save a few quid by buying non-critical bits from Euro Car Parts and alike.

The only major drawback is that there isn't much room upfront so any major work like new clutch and/or pumps etc... its a lot easier to rip the engine out as a job lot.

Good luck with the purchase, I sure you won't regret it. I still have mine nearly 8 years on and will never sell it!!

yep, pop into renault - order on a monday - have the bit for wednesday.

Or in my case, pop in on Moday, order and have part on Tues....my local reno is one of the only ones int eh country on over night courier
