the phase 2s also come factory fitted with imobilisers, think it was only a couple of low class models such as the 1.2 that didnt come with them, as for wiring i cant provide one. Try looking in the Haynes manual for the clio, there are wiring diagrams in them. If you dont have access to them i could post a picture(s) of the pages with wiring diagrams. let me know,

Dont think phase 1's have immobilisers because you can use a phase on ecu in a phase 2 valver due to the lack of this.

hmm mines a ph2, but under the bonet you have a key by the washer and also have a key under the glove box :S

the one under the glove box doesnt seem to do anything tho :S

the one under the dash will totaly kill the car if i change its setting, get no starter or anything, but will stop the siren going mad if i take the batt off

The key under the bonnet is to turn the siren off and the key in the glove box is to completley disarm the alarm, not immobilser. It would be silly to have an immobilser you could turn off with a key. That is controlled by the ecu. :P

the key in the glove box cuts the fuel pump or something.

There is also a key under the glove box, far left that turns the alarm totally off.

Didnt know any of this until I just checked after reading this, I have a phase 1 with immobiliser and supposedly alarm, if the car is locked and I open it from the inside the hazards come on until I lock it.
Where can I find the key for all these key holes I've just discovered as I would like to turn on the siren.
Confused.

Oh, well I only bought it a couple of months ago and it didnt come with any extra key so that solves that, Ill just make do with the flashing lights then!

Seems like pot luck what setup you have then lol. I have a key on the alarm under the bonnet, a key in the glovebox and a weird style key in the steering column.
