Shocking!!!

okay, so my bushes have given up on the top mounts of me rear shocks, i got too options, either new uprated bushes or cuz the shocks are old new ones!! they are monroe efforts n i cant find anything bout new bushes for monroe shocks, not robust enought ones, or are they standard across the modified parts? if this aint an option, whats the best rear shocks to get, bearin in mind me valver is seriously low at the back, so i aint gonna want too much travel in the shocks, good n stiff is the way!!
