how the bloody hell do you take this out?

wheel is off, light is out, radiator is over the the passenger side... any other things need removing?

any help would be much appreciated - is there a nack to it?

Bonnet and light is all I removed.

You should be fine with all that. There is the top bolt that is undone to rotate the alternator towards engine block so you can release the aux belt. Once you have everything clear then remove electrical connections and the lower longer bolt.

It weighs a bit so get ready to catch when removing the lower bolt.

Be careful not to snag any pipes round there with ratchet/spanner as these are the power steering and are pricy to replace.
