Various parts questions - Clio 16v

Need a bit of advice on the following parts that Haynes says that I need when taking out and refitting engine etc (excuse the Haynes terminology!)

Can I buy the O rings for the injectors separately from Renault? Or can I use normal O rings? If so what size?

Can I buy the O ring for the 'sun wheel shaft' (o/s drive shaft) from Renault? Or can I use a normal O ring? If so what size?

Haynes says that I need a sealing compound for the roll pin on the o/s drive shaft. What should I use?

Haynes says that I need to use a high melting grease on the gearbox input shaft. What grease is suitable?

for injector O rings you cna get them through an ASNU dealer.

But only replace if they tear.

Sun wheel doesnt need new O ring when just taking shaft out.

No locking compound for the roll pin needed.

gearbox input shaft use copper/lithium great.
