Anyone got one of these on there williams?

Now correct me if I'm wrong but surely the hole would have to be cut through where the pipe goes out to the edge of the bonnet and what about rain getting in?

i wouldnt be worried about rain, its covered by the bonnet , ive never seen mine wet
