would this be suitable as in in-line breather filter

catch tanks are a bit too expensive for me at the moment but i like the idea of not letting oil vapour reduce the octane of the mixture

i realise it would probably need cleaning a lot more regular than a tank would need emptying

nope, waste of time.

If your that worried just run the vent tube under the car.

But the manifold vacuum helps clear crankcase vacuum.
