£37.50 at the moment Rob for 195/50. I couldn't be arsed getting them delivered though so just paid £59 all in at the local tyre fitters.

F1s. A539 are turd IMO, especially in the wet. There was a huge difference in grip levels when I swapped them for F1s.

had no troble with a539 in wet handle ok (slide into those bends) ... they were better than the standard mich tyres that were on the car
:D
A539's are cool for cars with under 100bhp lol.....I used to swear buy them when I had a fiesta Si......handled sick!!! in the wet, on par with the dry
No match for valver/willy power tho IMO
yea get the avon tyres here
 www.avon-shop.co.uk
I find the A359 really grippy in the dry. I try not to drive fast in the wet, but they have slipped out on me a few times...
yea get the sliding but your still in control.. i think that the way the tyre is
Had Rainsports, and got eagle F1's on the back at the moment, and got the Toyo proxes T1-R's in 205 width comming for the fronts

IMO, you simply cant beat the Goodyear Eagle F1's for complete all round ability and they are a real bargain.
I have yet to use a better all round tyre than the F1's and as long as they stay such a bargain price I really cant see me bothering to try anything more expensive.
Williams-Jr wot tyres did he have on??? see link

i run eagle f1's, did at anglesey and the car felt well balanced, plenty of grip, and they still have plenty of meat on them

Not a big fan of Yoko's, had them on my 5 turbo and they didn't seem to great in the wet and wore down very quick.
My car came with BF Goodrich Profiler G's on it and I have been very impressed with these, good levels of grip and good wear rate as well. I have had to replace these and have gone for the same again, cost me £280 for 4, 17/45/205.
