Well i know the volvo 440 had the same engine, slight problem though, it has a ruddy great turbo on it, although i'm not entirley sure where that comes off, manifolds MIGHT be the same

Thats far too easy, and hopefully i shoud be looking at 150+ bhp with alot more low down torque than a williams at the end of it......plus no one has done anything like this before

You will do, i'mn going on by what has been done to an rsi lump and the gains, then then what i'm doing extra.

All pics so far are up at www.lunner.co.uk, unfortunatly nothing very exciting has happened yet, got the head straipped apart from valves and thats it.

Start work on the manifold this week i think while o gather some funds to get the headwork started

becasue you're gay, and have stopped everyone doing it?

....or maybe its becasue peple listen to poepepl like you and take the easy route and stick a williams engine in, like every other ****ing tom dick and harry.

Lunner,

have a look for renault 5 1.7 manifolds as these should fit (since this is the engine that volvo turbod) and R5's have the same floorplan as clios.

Also, I know these engines were used in a single seater series so you may also be lucky enough to get a race inlet off one too for more power...if it'd fit...
