See story below. Martin went off sideways into a tree and apparently the co-driver bore the brunt of the impact. SS15 cancelled after other drivers stopped to help.

Very, very sad. :cry:

Was looking forward to watching the rally on the box today!

Always a shock, given that modern racing/rallying is so much safer now :shock: Feel bad for him and his family, but what about the driver must be devestated :(

Agreed. Markko must be feeling devastated.

They have now declared the rally as finished, so Loeb wins and McRae finished in the top 10. Not that any of that matters now. :(

that sux, PUG was one of my fav cars to watch.....
and now Sebastian Loeb has won.....bet he feels like shit, he would of won anyway but to win like that drains all the excitement out of it.

Hopefully Scottie Colin will dominate the sport again with .................................................. ...SKODA? :?

Thats awful, i was meant to be marshelling there this weekend too!!

I feel so sorry for Marko how the hell could you ever drive a car again!! Co-drivers are there best friends, not just some bloke reading random words next to them.

mate was saying a motorbike racer dierd today as well, racing a 250cc bike......sad day for motorsport :(
