For sale is my Nos/holley nitrous oxide kit
This kit was fitted to my williams 2 but i have sold my williams now and i removed the kit before she went.
This is a dry nitrous oxide kit, which means only nitrous is injected into the inlet manifold and the ecu ups the fuelling to match the extra oxygen.
The kit is doddle to fit and comes with full instuctions and homemade brackets for the solenoids so will fit straight into the williams engine bay, infact everything in this kit is made to measure for the williams!!!!
Kit includes
2X nitrous solienoids
throttle microswitch
aircraft style rocker arming switch
T piece with built in fuel jet
electrical relay
braided hosing for the nitrous
choice of 4 nitrous jets from 20-50hp
fogger jet
10ib nitrous bottle in gorgeous anodiased blue almost full!!
bottle brackets

this kit really is a piece of piss to fit and takes no longer than 3 hours
will also be able to fit the kit for you if you feel unsure

cost £720 new
will sell for £425 no offers(this kit is still almost new)

Yeah it went well bud, never got chance to try it on the dragstrip tho, would have estimated a time of around 13.8 but did manage to have a good thrash against a nissan 350z and comfortably keep up with him a my local mile straight, this was only using 30 jets too!!

Nitrous is an oxidiser.

It is not a flammable liquid :roll:

If your worried about sending nos through the post, empty the bottle!

A nitrous kit is not heavy at all mate. £15-£20 postage would easily sort it out! You may have better luck selling it if postage was an option :roll:

It'll be under very high pressure though, and there are laws regarding the shipping of pressurised containers iirc.

Can fit the hard bits of the kit into the engine bay for £30, the rest is easy peasy diy which you can do yourself like fit the bottle in the boot, yes i have used all the jets and it works very well from 20 jets givin a small burst of power to 50`s which feels just like you have added a turbo to the engine! fantastic!

Yeah will do it for 380, can`t go any lower than that bud since the kit cost 720 and cost me another 40 to fill the bottle!

I`m not gunna give this away, might fit it too my impreza yet!!

LOL, more like £4000 for a turbo conversion and thats the cheapest quote you will get, think Nick Reads conversion cost in the region of £8400

Best things about Nos, you can take it off ya car when ya come to sell it and put it on ya next car, ya can`t to that with turbo conversions, cams etc....

I'm quite intrested in this.

How does a dry kit compare to a wet kit? Who makes the kit and have you got any photo's of it? does it have a progressive controller?

This nitrous kit is made by NOS/holley, as used in the film the fast and the furious, this is the BEST kit on the market and unlike shit nitrous kits such as wizard of nos it uses full braided hosing for the nitrous instead of plastic nylon crap.
This kit is a Dry kit which mean only nitrous is injected in to the inlet manifold as opposed to a wet kit fires both nitrous and fuel into the manifold. the ecu registers the extra oxygen in the combustion process and ups the fuelling to match which results in a good increase in power.

The kit does not come with a controller as you only need one of these if you intend to use any higher than 50bhp jets which is quite pointless because if you did you would have to uprate many engine and transmission componants to cope with the increase in torque.

The kit as it is worked really well on my williams engine and was dead easy to fit, whoever wants to buy this off me will have to collect but i will help the person fit this kit if they want.

how is the kit activated? you say it comes with a micro switch does that mean once armed it is activated on full throttle?

How does it trick the ECU into over fueling? just using the sensors or is it wired in?

Which injectors do you have for the kit?

Mark, yes your correct, once the system is activated by the switch in the car the kit only works on full thottle so when you take your foot off the throttle to change gear it switches off and the comes back in the next gear as soon as you accelerate.

The 2 nitrous solenoids are also coonected up to the fuel pressure regulator(which i can do for you). it is this that sends a signal to up the fueling to match how much nitrous is passing through

the jets that come with the kit are 20, 30,40 and 50hp

Good luck with insurance! Think Adrian Flux are the only company who will insure you with Nos connected, and obviuosly only then if its strictly for off-road use.
Dont think any other companies will touch it, even if you tell them it's not for road-use
