I followed what the Haynes Manual said; remove the breather pipes over the fuel rail, undo the two bolts holding the fuel rail to the manifold, and pull it and the injectors out. When I tried to pull out the fuel rail with the injectors, they wouldn't budge.
Am I missing something? I didn't want to pull hard and end off breaking something.

apparently you can't buy the o-ring's from reno anymore... they only come with a new fuel rail, which is like 120quid or something silly...

You'd have to source them from a bosch dealer. This came up on Retro Renault a while ago, do a search for "injectors" on there and it will come up with the thread which has the part numbers.

wiggle the injectors in a circular motion slightly pulling they will come out unscathed.. replacing them just push them hard till they go in... add some lube to the rings
