Hi,

Can anyone recommend a restoration specialist? I’m in the north west but it’s more important that the company is right rather than where they are. Are there any specialist williams restorers?

There’s not alot to do in terms of repair, but the paint has to be bang on, and I want a complete re spray.

I hope that makes sense and thanks,

ant.

Hi Ant.. surely that isn't for your low mileage 3 is it?

Last time I saw a pic of that it was tucked up in its carcoon looking splendid.

Unfortunately the nice Williams 3 was sold on eBay as far as I know Ian.

I presume this is for the Dimma shell if you still have that Willant??

Where is the best place to buy a excellent fitting car cover (bespoke?) or even carcoon as I am after one fairly urgently?

I have a Covercraft for the Williams...which is lovely but about £200 but a good alternative is Halfords All Weather Cover at £50 or £60 which I use on my taxi (but bear in mind it is not totally weather proof even though it says all weather ).
The Carcoons can be found via a Google search.

Hi Ian,

No this is for a williams 1 no.133 54,000 miles 2 owners, and it's in good condition. it's just I want it perfect. unfortunately I had no choice but to sell the 3 at the time. and I have no idea what happened to the dimma shell, I was having a few problems at the time and someone else was dealing with it. I would like to find it though or one similar. Once this one is done I want to build a maxi replica with my son.

Thanks for the replies,

Ant.

P.S. I've been lucky enough to have had quite a few exotic cars, some good some bad but I always come back to these little cars. I think I'll just stick to these from now on.
