Exhaust manifold heat sheild

Sorry guys another quick question. The heat sheild for the exhaust manifold is falling apart. The OEM item looks a bit small to me. I'd like to get more cover for the brake fluid and coolant reservoirs. Has anyone done anything similar and what product did you use?

Paddy and a few others have used an aftermarket product, cant for the life of me remember what it was called though..

There is a company remaking these now, they are not exactly the same but i suppose if you are desperate then this is as good as you will get for now.

Wow that’s taken some finding.

This is a French reproduction part which I came across some months ago.
if you are desperate, then this is as good as it gets. It will be even better than the original at protecting against exhaust temperatures.
