Seats help!

My Clio Williams seats has started to go bad, seems spliting and holes on the drivers side.

What is the best thing to do here..

Ideas anyone?

try to source a second hand one, be wary though as a Williams 1 seat is different to a 2+3

Yes it is a Williams one. The holes have started to appear on the top sides, I guess due to wear as you enter/exit the car. Been looking at eBay.. Gumtree for weeks and had no idea that the 2 and 3 had different seats so a big thank you for this. Can it be repaired?.. I'm ideas dry which is unlike me!
