Philips DC 501 are vertually identical to the 521 just so you know. I cant seen any difference at all!

Only difference is the DC521 has CD changer control and the DC501 doesnt. Other than that, same.

Did the Williams come with a CD changer though?
Not from new i dont think. Not sure if it was an option. Never seen one in a williams 1 (unlesss added later)

Never saw one in a williams either
My first williams I bought used in '96 and changed the stereo to a Sony with autochanger in the boot
When I sold mine I took the pioneer out and put this back in, couldn't believe how nice it sounded!

Yes but it isn't the '1' fitted from new. Depending how anal you are will affect this
