finally got round to taking the car to the garage to get new wheel bearing as its been getting noiser the last couple of weeks and vibrating and was doing my head in so had a day off work today and got it done. it was the osf that was the culprit. anyway as good as new now. while i was there i was speaking to the owners about next mods and cams. anyway they were telling me last month they had a boy in with a williams who wanted cams but...... they had a williams head in stock from a cup race car which had done its head gasket and they had sent it to to a specialist in dundee who owned them for some jobs they had done and they skimmed the head and went to town on it porting and polishing, etc increased comp.ratio worked out at £600 pounds odd so they had this fully worked willy head lying in the garage and offered it to this boy who wanted cams as a package which he jumped at. apparently this thing flew! i just wish i had enquired a few weeks back i could of had it!!! i was also looking at their 3dr sierra cosworth which they have been racing for years and their development scooby which is lime green and fully stripped with roll cage and has 330bhp and 366llbs torque and is for sale. i also had the chance to stick the willy on the rollers as they were quiet but cost £50 and after the bearing decided against it but will at a later date to find out what its running now with hill power stage 1 kit on it and then after to see improvements with benr cams and possibly supersprint manifold. :)
