Hey guys i have a ir receiver and fob from phase 2 1.8 16v clio, a friend want s to buy this for his phase 1 with no immobiliser will this work? thanks in advance.

The ir sensor will work in his car but the fob wont do anything as they sensors aren't paired up to the keys
