Hey chaps, new t the forum, I don't actually have a Williams, I have a 1986 ph1 Renault 5 GTTurbo fitted with a home built F7R lump with a sizeable GT3071r turbo nailed on the back, I'm running a slightly wider than normal track using clio valver driveshafts, wishbones, etc.
However my driverside shaft has taken to shredding itself (350ft lb ftw :winkey:) and I'm having trouble sourcing a replacement, Id rather buy brand new than risk a second hand item.
but trying to nail down exactly the one I'm after is proving difficult as all the suppliers I've talked to keep telling that RSI/Valver/Williams shafts are all the same and with the valver forum currently down I cant ask the chaps I'd normally ask.
Has anyone got any specs on RSi/Valver/Williams driveshafts, IE lengths, compressed and fully extended, with or without abs?
Can anyone help?
