Much companies produce lower springs-

Eibach
H&R
Spax (but I dont know if range SSX is not for Spax shocks only)

What you recommend?

What color has dots on Clio Williams OEM springs? I had Clio 16v and bought springs with blue and yellow dots. Those were quite hard but I have no idea if it was really for Clio 16v or for other type?
