View Full Version : Crashed Williams 2 - How much is it worth
My williams 2 in tip top condition apart from rear quarter and door damage. 93k FSH, Engine is strong (produced 163bhp on rollers 3wks ago) spotless engine bay, mint interior, s/s exhaust and decat. all in all lovely condition.
Its looking like its going to be uneconomical to repair through insurance. I'll know more in a few days but i'll try buy it back if they write it off, don't wanna mess about breaking it if I can sell it whole.
anything from 1k upwards mate.
How did that happen HP? Real shame that, I remember your williams next to mine at the FCS, t'was a minter!
Hope it gets repaired, don't want to see another willy put to rest :(

That's what I was thinking too. Surely, the repair can't that much. And it's driving perfectly as you say. Would be sad to see it taken off the road.

Cheers Tommo. I like to think it was one of the better ones.
Some stupid woman didn't see on a mini roundabout.

Really sorry to see this post - bloody women drivers  [apart from the rare few  ] It's got to be worth trying to buy her back - there must be guys on here that know some good bodyshops?? - will be keeping my fingers crossed this all works out
doesnt the repair bill have to be summat like 75% of the cars value for it to be written off??
tbh mate from the pix looks like a rear 1/4 repair would do it....think mine was £1500 on the valver a few years ago.....guy i used was really dear at the time too....but did an amazing job.
wouldnt have thought the repair will cost over 3 grand......unless its done all the floor too
Needs a door, rear 1/4, wheel and It has slightly damaged floor.
