Windscreen Rubbers

The top of my front windscreen rubber keeps pinging up as a drive it, no matter how much I push it back in.

How is it held in? How can I fix it? Do I need a new rubber and where can I get them from?

The rubber kind of clips in to a plastic moulding strip that lies around the edge of the glass. Both items are available from Renault.
