Hello guys, im new to the forum, and I don't know if I'm allowed to post about other mk1's here, sorry if I broken the rules :-k
Anyways,I'm David, 19 years old mechanic from Croatia!
I am not an expert in Renault models, so I would like to ask the pro's about some things, mostly engine related.
1. I want to force induct my mk1. Its an mk1 phase 3 Clio, 1.4 ren energy engine. I would like to know which exhaust headers would fit my engine and a turbo? I mean, from which model, or if I should fabricate some myself.
2. Which turbo? In the shop I work into, we have a turbo, but I don't know from which car. I know it's a Volkswagen group, and that it's a KKK, but don't know anything else. It's pretty small tho..
3. I am looking for forged pistons for the 1.4 energy engine, but I wasn't lucky with an online search. Do you guys know of a site where I can order them?
4. I am also looking for a greater profile camshaft, but i wasn't lucky finding that either, where could I order one?
5. What else should I do for a little more power? I am not looking for extreme power, about 140hp is the best I could wish.
