Water pump help please!!

Hi, have started removing my water pump but some of the bolts go behind a large bracket that the idler/tensioner sit on. Does anybody know how to remove this? Am really struggling :(.

its not easy mate.. ideally would be done with engine out if iirc.. hopefully someone can help you out!

Hopefully so, have spent most of the day on it. There is a bracket which is right in the way :(!!

I've only ever done a water pump with manual steering setup which involves all of the bracketry being removed which are an utter twat by themselves on a PAS equipped car, also it helps to remove the engine mount so you can jack the engine up
