Hello

I'm refurbing my wheels and wondered if the spare was meant to be a colour other than peeling rust and road debris?

I'd be grateful for any pointers - I was going to paint it a gloss grey.

I want to go a nice satin finish for the spare. Have it beadblasted/shot blasted then painted not powdercoated.

Gents,
does anyone know what the spare wheel (space saver?) looks like? Were they different for each of the Williams 1, 2, 3 or the same?
i am toying with refurbishing an old genuine Williams alloy (currently in white) but need to understand whether it would even fit in the first place?
Thanks in advance,
dan

It would fit as the spare is not a space saver but a full size steel wheel....I do have an OE steel one under my Williams but to be honest it's a bit of a ball ache to get it out and
put it back....I'm sure somebody else on here will have a pic of one. They are painted satin black.

Thanks mate. If you ever do get it out I would love a photo of what it looks like. Is there a paint code for the satin black finish?

Here ya go then...as nobody else has stumped up an image, despite much personal inconvenience I have removed mine..lol.

Don't get hung up on the colour...even satin black out of a rattle can will do it.
