Williams Seats

How much play are the seats supposed to have?? Both of the backs to mine move around far too much, all bolts appear to be tight etc so im thinking there may be some worn components on the tilt mechanism maybe.

Is this a common fault?

My drivers seat is the exact same, but i'm not to sure about taking it apart to check for wear and tear.

its awful over bumps etc, feel like im about to fly forward lol
