As mentioned earlier,I have just got my Rally car back :rally: and have now got a Mk.III electric column.
This mod/conversion worked 100% during the time I used it....only downside,when/if your alternator goes t**ts up,then the steering becomes heavy ...no power assistance...All the hoses,pipes,pump,reservoir etc etc.I had it mounted vertically under a co-drivers footrest in the passenger foot well.
Anyone welcome to have a look Im looking for £100 plus carriage again open to offers...would prefer collection,but can pack etc.
