Wheel Refurb - Just pick up!

I had my 4th wheel refurbed with Spit & Polish in Kent (£52), came recommended. I wanted them to match the colour of the other three but it has come out a little darker, may well be the correct colour and my other 3 are wrong. The main issue though is they have diamond cut the rim incorrectly, rather than just the 1cm outer rim they have done the full 2.5cm rim as well, am i right in thinking this is wrong. I will post pictures tomorrow so show what I mean.

Sounds wrong to me mate, just the actual rim should be diamond cut. Take them back and make them do it again!

i know what you mean, instead of polishin the raised bit the done the whole rim edge!! might look a bit odd i think

Thought it was wrong, going to speak to them tomorrow, does look a bit funny!! The colour is very similar to yours Paul, I assume yours is spot on!

as spot on as i like! basically its up to you if ur happy with the match! and i was chuffed with mine (bear in mind my refurbs are now 18 months old now) and mine and snakeyladys(she used the same bloke as me) refurbs passed the stromba quality check!!! lol

If Stromba is ok with them they must be ok. My colour should be good then just the rim that wants fixing. See you at the next meet Fatboy!
