They are good and lasts a long time. Very smooth on mid-range and highs. I have Focal 4" at the usual location and Focal tweeters on the dashboard.

[Also powered kenwood subs in the boot but, shhh, they don't like extra weight here :D ]

Thanx northy

These should sound really good,
but they cost a small fortune in Greece
something like 265 euro = 175 quid

Your local Focal price sounds about right.

I paid something like 800 to 900pounds for the Focals + Zapco amp + SingleCD headunit + Kenwood powered subs. But that was years ago, so I would expect prices to have gone up.

Not much of an ICE enthusiast myself. Just told a friend to install something simple but good and he installed this setup for me. Never again! Good sound though.

Jason,
You do know that - for exported goods - you don't need to pay the UK VAT. It all depends on whether the trader is willing to put up with the additional paperwork. Unfotunately, most traders on ebay.uk just charge you the whole sum. I still haven't found a renault parts dealer that will exempt VAT though. Northy, any help here?

Things is, the 17% (or whatever it is these days) VAT exempt comes in mighty handy to offset the shipping cost. If J3ned does VAT exempt exports, that would be great.
