Ive heard that there is a UPRATED headgasket set for the williams engine....and i think ive seen a ad in a magazine a few months ago, but as ever i carnt find it again.

Ben - have you ever come across a uprated set ???

exactly, no need for anything special unless your doing something spastic.

And that BB link, thats a pic of a F7P gasket....and i dont see what could possible be 'uprated' about them as they buy from GSF anyway.

however, if you are feeling fruity, spresso do them, but i usually use cometic to makeup a custom MLS gasket of 40 thou thickness.

cheers for the info guys.

As im moddifying the car - im trying to upgrade to performance parts as i go.

It was just a idea to see if there actually was a high performance headgasket set avaliable.

Standard will do just fine.

i fitted one.. they are certainly thicker...
when 2lives arrived his was noticeably thinner... ans so was the gasket .
