My Rt did it... now my williams does it... sounds like a squeek in the air vents, like a leaf squeeling with the wind, but it isn't.

doesn't matter what the vents do, closed etc, the squeel is always there.

But only at certain revs. Does it when stationary in neutral/clutch down...

Im thinking its water going thru the heater matrix as you can kind of hear a bit of air bubbling sometimes.

I've bleeded the air out before but still does it... no difference.

New heater matrix time? as it doesn't make very hot air either.

Wierd that im always getting this problem.

Heh, the last time my wife's car had a squeaky air vent. I got rid of the squeak by cycling the fan switch between max and off positions several times. It appears that whatever it was must have been dislodged by the strong breeze. :)

nar the squeek is more of a squeel, and its very funny when you are doing some rallying around and suddenly the car starts squeeling ;)

Squeaking is inherent in all french cars mate, especially old ones.
