Williams speedo cable

Hi everybody, I need a new speedo cable for my Williams 2, I rang Renault and they want upwards of £100 but I seen this

It's a lot cheaper what is the reason. And secondly will it fit? Is it really worth paying for a genuine part?

It won't have the road speed sensor fitted so no use.
