I have for sale all the bolt on components to covert a standard valver or Williams boxed mk1 clio to the newer 172 JC5 gearboxes. Could perhaps be used in a 5 if the 172 sensor is left in the box to block the hold for speedo drive and if it all bolts up to a 5 chassis which I personally haven't tried but I believe they are very similar to mk1 clios?
Anyway, for sale......
included is:
- 172 phase 1 JC5 gearbox on 125k, drives fine, no crunches no whines and selects all gears (however as with all pre-removed boxes it is sold as seen)
- top gearbox mount rubber
- crows foot for 172 box
- battery tray for 172 box
- soft pedal conversion
- 172 4th lower gearbox mount rubber and plate
this is a straight bolt in conversion for the valver/Williams chassis and enables you to run the newer range of Renault gearboxes
collection only from Ambergate in Derbyshire
200 quid firm for the lot
the box is still currently in a running car, as such it can be trialled before purchase.
