Injectors seizing up? Do you have wet spark plugs after you've turned it over?

I would put some fresh petrol in it, a decent amount 10/15 litres.

Brilliant stuff il check the plugs to see if there wet and the battery turns it like the clappers for about 5 mins, I put about 5 litres of petrol in it and il add another 5 to see if that does anything,
may plan
1. 5 litres of petrol
2. Battery will be full power for turning it over.
3. Turn over and if the b&&€Ard doesn't start il check the plugs to see if there wet.
4. Turn car over with one plug on rocker cover to see if there's a spark.
5. Swop in another Ecu to try that
6. Try a brand new coil I have spare.
7. Say Fk it and get 10 cans of Stella and take it out on the wife.

please feel free to add to the above. Saturday or Sunday I will be going at it and I don't want to fail! It annoys me that it won't start as it always has in the past, car must be teaching me a lesson for showing no love at all for 2 years..

That's what I did last week!! so must do it this week without fail...
Been googling and a dirty crank sensor seems quite popular so might out that on the list as well, anybody had trouble with that?

Also ignition module, where is that located I wonder?

So in summary my plan is-
1. More petrol/ listen for fuel pump.
2. Clean crank sensor /Battery will be full power for turning it over.
3. Turn over and if the b&&€Ard doesn't start il check the plugs to see if there wet.
4. If there dry what can I do to the injectors to try and clean them?

4. If there wet Turn car over with one plug on rocker cover to see if there's a spark.
5. If no spark check ignition coil and il get one today in case.
6. Swop in another Ecu to try that
7. Try a brand new coil I have spare.
8. Check that the toad alarm switch by the glovebox and the transponder near the sunroof.

can anybody add or modify the above please.
thanks

I once had a very similar problem, and after trying most of whats on the list, it was the crank sensor

Yeah. Hopefully! The only thing that's worrying me is if the injectors are blocked, I've seen a you tube carb cleaner method with a battery but hopefully it won't come to that..,

Unfortunately the petrol pipe going to the rail is cracked and I didn't get around to changing it to try it, I need to fit a new Cambelt kit aswell as knowing my luck it will start and then the belt will snap.. Keep that in mind also if its 3 1/2 years. Fuel pump / filter could be added to the list aswell and worth checking. I'm going to do a nut and bolt rebuild next year and full respray so I'm buying up all the bits I need first and then do it all in one go.
