all set for FCS tomorrow and ive now developed a minor coolant leak from corner of radiator :-( best price i can find for a rad is £67.71 anyone find cheaper???

That's not a bad price from what I remember. Are you going to risk radweld etc? Some of these things work well but some also mess the crap out of your coolant system.

Are U sure that it is caused by the radiator? I have similar issue in the recent past, turned out it was the bleeding screw on the radiator. It did not cause serious leaking but was enough to drop the pressue in the cooling system. I had to tightened it up carefully by a socket wrench.

I need a radiator as I've got a tiny leak in the bottom corner - caused by head gasket going pop or more likely from booting it halfway across the workshop :oops: - after a quick look the best price I could find was somewhere around the £90 mark so what you've found seems quite reasonable

Is there a bleed screw on the bottom left hand corner???

Bleed screw is top left. It can leak if not put on properly or if rubber seal split a bit.
