what oil should i use on my willy 2??

hello all,

ive got a williams 2, the engine was rebuilt 5000 miles ago with cams,chipped , flowed head etc and exhaust and k and n. can any recommend what grade oil i should use i presuming fully synthetic?so confusing as heard dont wanna get to thin or to thick and not protect all vital parts etc. any ideas? ( i do approx 2000miles ay year at the most)

I use elf competition st. Great stuff. 10 -40, just got 6 liters off the bay.

I use 10w 60 Mobil 1 Extended life in the Williams
I get better oil pressure at higher temperatures with this.
been using mobil 1 in the RT and its done 289,000 engine still running sweet!
