hi all, got myself this , just opening it up, and stripping it as the twat left it outside in the rain lol
think its a f7p head as it has the core plugs! is this normal with a hillpower f7r? (think i read somewhere that nick did big valve conversions on them f7p heads ?) also got cams with some strange drill holes in..? catcams? all will be cleaned up soon, so i can see properly! hasnt got adjustable pulleys which i find strange if i´m right about the cams...? what cams would they be for- for f7p or f7r?
so to check its got big valve head what sizes of valves should there be?!
also got a jc5053 on it which is a megane coupe box? speedo compatible? same clutch and fly wheel as williams?
last of all how do i check if its a williams or a megane block?
thanks all, trying to unravell the mystery of this engine!!

Back in the early days getting hold of a F7R was very hard and very expensive.....so people did modify the F7P upto F7R spec.

But i would be suprised if the engine Nick Hill built is the exact same engine spec you have now.

Yes its a megane box, but it could be a F7P or a F7R flywheel (megane has 215mm clutch and 60-2 ) it works with any fly. Should work with the speedo, i have a jc5089 ( clio sport) in my R5 and that works.
any plate on the block ? megane is 710 or 714
