hi all, sourced myself a jc5 014, and i want to reinforce it- circlip mod. have read somewhere in the past (can´t find anymore) that some of them are not upto scratch!? any recomendations/ purchase advice? I want to get it right first time!! thanks

The latest JC 5 box, as my Renault recon box, has the diff circlip deleted and a bolt in ring fitted in it's place so parts should be availabe from Renault. There is also someone on Ebay France selling an aftermarket kit.

Yea, there is a kit as above. The other option is to fit a gripper diff, which no longer uses the circlip (^w^)
