So most of our willy's are coming up to 20 either this year or next, who's got the oldest one ?? from the chassis number there must be a way of knowing the manufacture / factory birth date, if that's too difficult then when was the first registration in the Uk?.

mine's was registered in Jan 1994. so she's 20 next Jan.

Going off the Fabrication numbers BassDirect has the 'oldest' shell with the lowest number that ive seen so far on his new CUP car. His is in the first 500 shells made!

Mine was made October 1990

So your williams shell was made in 1990 and then sold in 1993 ?? where was it for 3 years?

wonder if mine was the last mk1 valver shell, new in Jan 1997 if i remember the details on the receipt that came with the rally shell
