Williams 3 CD Multichanger

I am really confused here, picked up my Williams 3 today drove it back 290 miles home but all the way there were 2 CD's playing over and over, i could turn the stereo off but when i turned it back on the CD was still playing, sounds ridiculous but i have reckoned to have looked everywhere but cant find a multi-changer ?

They didn't come with one fitted - unless its been added by someone else.

Years ago I fitted a 6 disc changer and a Phoenix Gold amp in the rear quarters of a 16v Clio (Plenty of room). See if the fabric panel comes off in the rear quarter panel. Worth a try!!
