the drivers side rear arch on my williams 1 is rusted {there is a hole in it } what are my options for repair?

My rear arch is almost identical in terms of rust. What sort of prices are you being quoted to fix?

I had mine replaced, I supplied another arch, I left it with a hole for years, when it came to replacing the water had been getting in and had rusted the sill,apparently the water was just sitting trapped on the sill, replaced the lot £1200. 6 months later someone in my close reversed into it :( Not completely trashed but it will cost a further £200 to get it pulled out.

Make sure you get the underseal on the inside of it redone, the rust came back pretty quick on mine after I had the arch replaced and some kind soul in a corsa slammed into it. I got the damage repaired but I'm convinced the impact caused a break in the waxoil type stuff inside the arch & let water etc get at the metal
